Do you have a "network mode" available. On the servers, this "network mode" after setting a power on password allows you to do cold boots with no keyboard and mouse. "network mode" should be right next to "server mode". I would like to remove the keyboard since I can connect using ssh, but I can't seem to disable the keyboard in the bios in order to boot. This works only for warm-boots, with a screen message that the machine is running in server mode with no keyboard attached. On a power cycle or cold-boot, I still get the silly key icon on the screen with the machine waiting for the power-on password to be entered.
