I'm running the RedHat updated kernel for 6.2 it is 2.2.16-3
the APIC in the cmos is configured t use full table, I will try
tomorrow with another NIC, I suspect that the problem is in the TLAN
driver,  the problem is worst when the machine is loaded with
network activity.
If I have the same problem with another card, I'll try to move
the setup to Full Table Mapped and give a try
