I'm trying to get my prosignia's onboard scsi controller running under redhat 7. I have got it detected under redhat 6 with the module compiled into the kernel and passing "sim710=addr=0x8000,irq:11" to lilo on boot. Now I have upgraded to redhat 7 and want to load the sim710 as a module with: insmod sim710 addr:0x8000, irq:11 This fails saying the device is busy but these resources are corrent in the compaq system utiliy. Am I passing the resources to the module correctly?
