I looked for one a while back and they were prohibitively expensive.
You'll have to replace all your memory in addition to the processor.  They
were a high cost item, and there doesn't seem to be a huge supply, so the
prices have stayed relatively high (if you can find one).  If you do find
one, I'd be interested in hearing what you paid and where you found it.
